The Batchers Of Litchfield Distillery

David, Jack, and Peter Baker grew up in the water-bottling business; for three generations, their family brought you the crisp, clear water called Crystal Rock.

With firsthand experience of what it takes to operate a family-owned business, a taste for good drink, and the good fortune to live in this gorgeous corner of the country called Connecticut, they decided to launch Litchfield Distillery.

Their commitment is to distill the finest spirits in small batches sourcing the best ingredients local farmers have to offer. And the taste of that commitment can be found in every sip of award-winning Litchfield Distillery spirits.

Plus, two single-barrel bourbons created by distillers exclusively for the festival, with the bottles hand-signed with your purchase by the distiller!

Many of the wines may not be available for sale in your area and you won’t find these private-label special-blend bourbons anywhere else BUT you can purchase them all in our on-premise store! Plus live entertainment by Heart 2 Heart and light hors d’ouerves provided by Firefly Farms. Your ticket includes a $25 coupon toward your store purchase!

Christian Ryan, Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery

Christian has run breweries and distilleries for thirteen years across two continents including Meantime Brewing Company in London and Bluepoint Brewing Company on Long Island. He is currently the GM/Master Distiller of Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery in Fort Ann, NY. Christian is one of the founders of the Brewer Training Program hosted at Schenectady County Community College which trains high-potential brewery/distillery employees in the upstate New York area. He achieved his Diploma in Brewing at the Master Brewers program at the University of California at Davis.
